Terms of Service

We provide residential house cleaning and maid services across Fairfax County and Northern Virginia. Each quote lists the tasks included. Work outside that scope may change the price.

• Give accurate home size and condition details so we can quote correctly.
• Provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time.
• Secure pets and flag any fragile or high-value items in advance.

Prices are confirmed before the clean. Payment is due on the day of service unless you are on a recurring plan. Recurring plans are billed per visit at the agreed rate.

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or lockouts when our team cannot access your home, may incur a fee of up to 50 percent of the service price.

If you are not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours. We will return and re-clean that area at no extra charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning, not cash refunds.

If our team damages your property, report it within 24 hours so we can review and resolve it with you. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear. For questions about our current coverage, contact us and we will confirm in writing before your visit.
